We are a growing company that is comprised of multiple branded websites within the Hawaiian Islands activities marketplace. We have created a tremendous online and social media presence, and as a certified “reselling agent” we are booking thousands of Ocean and Island Activities each year for our Activities members. For many of our partners, HIE has become a major part of their success. Come join our team. It’s free. We are trying to provide you with customers. HIE is a local owned and operated company that wants to help local businesses and our community.
To be an Ocean or Island Activities partner of HIE, you must fill out the form questions below including agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. After providing your basic information, you will be receiving a confirmation “Welcome to the Team” email from us. Please click on the “Confirm Email” button to complete the Sign-Up process. Once confirmed, you will now be granted access into our Activities Vendor Portal to make changes and updates to your company and your trip activities profiles, as well as upload any required documents. We are a certified “Resell Agent” of your company, therefore all activities pricing on your profile listing with us must not exceed your direct pricing.
How does it work?
Hawaiian Islands Enterprises is looking to be a Certified “Reselling” Agent of your companies offered Ocean and/or Island Activities.
Just as you pay commissions to hotels, concierges, other websites and/or island activity desks for the customers that they deliver to your company, HIE is looking for the same type of relationship with your esteemed company. Of course you want to capture more business, and we want to give it to you. We are making your “tourist net” even bigger.
When a Booking is made on our website for one of your companies offered activities, HIE will gather all the required customer information and charge the customer’s credit card to make the reservation. However, to be clear, we do not charge the customer’s credit card until we first receive confirmation from you on your availability. You can also select for “Instant Booking” option within your profile and we will book every requested trip immediately. At the end of each week, every two weeks, or at the end of the month (you decide), Activity Vendors will invoice Hawaiian Island Enterprises, LLC for all the trip bookings that we have provided to you, MINUS our commissions. Hawaiian Island Enterprises pays all Vendor Invoices within 5-business days of receipt. Very easy accounting/ payment process.
Cancellations and No Shows
All customers who make trip or activities bookings on our websites are bound to your company’s published Cancellation Policies and Fees that you have set within your profile. If cancellations are made PRIOR to your established “cut-off” window, then the customer will be reimbursed 100% of the reservation amount, and no booking or cancellation fees will be charged. If a customer cancels AFTER your established “cut-off” window, then Hawaiian Island Enterprises will charge your cancellation fees to the customer’s credit card, and will forward on to you the entire cancellation fee amount, MINUS our credit card processing fees.
To be a certified Island Activities partner of HMF, you must fill out the form below in its entirety including agreeing to the HMF Terms & Conditions. When your Island Activities application is approved, you will receive a confirmation “Welcome to the Team” email from HMF. Please click on the “Confirm Email” button to complete the Sign Up process. Once confirmed, you will now be able to sign into the HMF Vendor Portal to make changes and updates to your company’s profile, as well as upload any required documents.
How Does It Work?
HMF is looking to be a Certified Sales Agent of your companies offered Island Activities. Just as you pay commissions to hotels, concierges and/or activity desks for the business revenues that they deliver to your company, HMF is looking for the same type of relationship with your esteemed company. A FREE and Non-Binding, independent contractor, reciprocal relationship for both parties to partner and prosper from.
The HMF Activities Vendor Sign Up process is very easy and takes less than 5 minutes. All you need to do is answer a few questions to complete your companies FREE Island Activities Profile for display and presentation within our HMF Website. Users to our website will Search and Navigate our Vendor Profiles to make Hawaiian Activity bookings.
When an Activity Booking is made on the HMF website, HMF will gather all of the required customer information including payment details. We will provide to our Partnered Vendor the number, ages, sex, and any special requests of the customers, as well as the specific trip and trip date that they wish to book with your company. We ask that you respond and confirm back to our email with your availability for the activity booking as soon as possible. If we do not receive an email response from you, we will call to confirm. Once the trip is confirmed, all detailed customer information will be provided to the Activity Vendor.

Our website and mobile platform is state of the art, your profile is completely FREE, our marketing is absolutely FREE, and we are only here to help you capture business that has a very good chance of going to one of your competitors.
When are Commissions Paid?
We do not like to handle our customer’s money or constantly go through the credit card refund process for non-capacity issues, therefore trip deposits (HMF Commissions) are only taken after we first receive electronic or verbal communication from our Vendors that they can accommodate the booking.
Cancellations and No Shows?
Customers are always bound by your company’s terms and conditions at the point of booking within the HMF website. Your company’s cancellation policies will always be displayed and accessible for customers viewing and consideration. HMF will always honor any and all cancellations at no charge to the customer.
