2.Set competitive rates to attract anglers and reach your earnings goals.
You can set prices per group, per person, or add a fixed fee for each person over a certain number. You can also set upand accept morning, mid day, evening and night trips. You have complete control over how much it costs to book with you, as long as it's not higher than when customers book directly through you. Hawaiiian Island Enterprises charges a commission on each successful booking we send you.
3.Set your commissions to HMF
You need to please establish your trip commissions that will be paid to HIE for all bookings provided to your business. Commissions are 100% set by the Business Listing Owners and can fluctuate and vary between the different trip types that you are offering. The higher you are able to set your commissions, the higher you will rank on our search engine results and activity listing pages.
4.Publish your listing and make it public.
When you’ve highlighted everything that makes Activity, Trip or Tour listing fantastic (answered ALL of our profile questions), you can now set your page to "Published" to make it public and viewable for bookings on our website. Guests will be able to see it when they create searches or view the Activity Listing – pages. If you try to publish your business profile and you have not answered a question(s), our system will inform you what question(s) and answer(s) you have missed.
5.Invite previous customers to write reviews for your listing.
To get a good review score and rank better on Hawaiian Island Enterprises websites, use our Request Review Form to invite your existing clients to leave reviews on your page. These will give you an immediate ranking boost and increase credibility with your future leads.
6.Post fishing reports regularly.
We've made posting an activity update report quick and hassle-free with Activity Reports. These are a great opportunity to showcase what you are seeing on your trips day to day. You also get a ranking boost if you've posted an activity update report in the last 14 days.
7.Respond to booking requests quickly.
You'll receive two main types of communication from us:
Booking inquiries are questions a traveler has about your Activity trip or tour services. We will include the guest's trip dates, but they often aren't quite ready to make plans.
Reservation requests are just what they sound like—requests to reserve tickets on specific dates from guests who are ready to book and have already authorized a deposit. It's very important to respond to all ofo our booking inquiries and reservation requests as soon as possible, so that guests can make their travel plans. If you do not respond to HIE trip booking requests, HIE will route the reservation request to the next similar or like activity provider. Non Response will rank you lower on our listing pages as in any business, the customer must be serviced, and responses are vital to customer service for both your business and ours.
8.Set your Profile for INSTANT BOOKING and never miss a booking.

9.Keep your commitments to your clients and avoid canceling.
When you confirm a reservation, remember that your guest is counting on you to follow through. Cancellations are really disruptive for guests, but we know that sometimes the weather can behave unpredictably. In that case, safety should definitely come first.
