Have you ever dreamed of floating in a crystal clear black abyss, drifting peacefully along a current line somewhere in the Pacific Ocean? Have you ever dreamed of watching tiny organisms seemingly made of light and rainbows making their way through life around you? Our most extreme dive, the Pelagic Magic charter, is a 1-tank dive. We start just after dusk, floating tethered offshore in the deep dark sea. We take smaller groups of 6 divers max and wait to see what goes by, usually not descending any lower than 50 feet. The mesmerizing jellies put on a colorful display that can only be described as breathtaking. Some zooplankton, that only rise to the surface to feed when the lights go out, are now visible to us. Our lights are but small twinkles in the vast blackness of the sea. Cool!
